Dial a Geek have provided IT support for our offices and 40+ employees across the country since early 2014. We have been continually impressed by their expertise and patience, so when they launched their monthly support plans we were one of the first to sign up. For us, it made sense practically and financially: by signing up for a support plan we were able to budget tech support into our monthly outgoings, and my employees know they have someone to call (that's not me!) when things go wrong.

Gildas and his team have got us out of a tight spot on more than one occasion but they're also there for the everyday support that makes running our business easier. Bristol Refugee Rights has worked with Dial A Geek for many years. They helped us set our systems up and have maintained them ever since. The service is great - the Help Desk Geeks are always available to answer a quick question or provide a simple solution, they can do remote support which is usually within the day and if the problem is more complicated a Geek will visit as soon as they are able. They are very flexible to fit with our needs, opening times and limited working hours. Their effective solutions are due to the knowledge that they have of our systems, and they have taken time to understand how we work and tailor their solutions and suggestions to us. As a charity this is extremely valuable to us as our budgets are always very tight!
