The Hub Business Centre is a centrally located, modern office building in Ipswich.
We provide serviced offices suitable for a range of companies. These offices range from 100sq ft to 300sq ft so we are able to cater for most requirements. We also have conference rooms, meeting rooms and counselling rooms available to hire which are all light, stylish and modern.
Where we are
We are strategically positioned on the roundabout at Civic Drive and St. Matthews Street which forms part of the inner arterial link road and has good access to the A14 via either London Road or Norwich Road. The Hub is only a few minutes walk from the centre of town which boasts retailers such as Monsoon, Next, WH Smiths, Debenhams and M&S. There is a good range of local parking available and long term permits can be purchased for the Spiral car park on Civic Drive and for the car park on St. Matthews Street. There is a bus stop just outside and the Rail Station is a 15 minute walk away.
