Personal ADHD Coaching for Adults in the North East and UK
ADHDaptive provides ADHD and Autism coaching for adults who want grounded, practical support that fits the way their mind works. I work with people who were diagnosed late, feel overwhelmed, or have spent years trying to keep up while masking how hard things can be behind the scenes. Many clients arrive tired, stressed and unsure where to even start. Coaching gives you space to slow down, think clearly and rebuild confidence without pressure.
I offer one to one coaching in Newcastle, across the North East and online throughout the UK. Sessions are calm and focused, with clear steps that help you move from surviving to managing your days with more ease. We look at how you plan, how you react to stress, what drains your energy and what helps you stay steady. Together we create strategies that feel realistic and personal, not generic tips that never stick.
People come to me for support with focus, organisation, time problems, emotional overwhelm, masking, procrastination, working memory and managing everyday demands. Some want help adjusting after a diagnosis. Some want support with work challenges or relationships. Others want to understand their brain and stop feeling frustrated with themselves. Coaching is simply a safe place to make sense of life and learn how to work with your mind rather than against it.
I also work with organisations. This includes support for neurodivergent staff, coaching for managers and practical guidance for HR teams. The aim is to strengthen understanding, communication and confidence in workplaces that want to support different thinking styles. The focus is always on simple changes that make work fairer and easier for everyone.
ADHDaptive is built on lived experience, professional training and an approach that is human and honest. I believe people deserve support that feels steady, respectful and real, not clinical or complicated. If you want to explore whether coaching could help you or your workplace, I offer a free discovery call so you can get a sense of how we would work together.
